MEMPHYS is an interdisciplinary research center funded by the Danish National Research Foundation. The aim of the center is to conduct parallel experimental and theoretical research into biological and model membranes to unravel, on the molecular level, the relationships between the physical and physico-chemical properties of membranes and their functional behavior.
